These terms apply to all tours, yatras, vehicle bookings and other travel services booked with Shree Shyam Yatra Company, C-73, Near Radha Govind Temple, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan (“we”, “us”). By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send you a confirmation by WhatsApp, SMS or email. The confirmation will state the travel dates, route, vehicle, hotels (if included), number of travellers and the total amount.

Please check the confirmation carefully and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted for the route, dates, vehicle and number of travellers you give us. A change in any of these may change the price.
The balance amount must be paid before the trip starts, or as agreed in your booking confirmation.
Unless your quote says otherwise, prices do not include monument and temple entry tickets, camera fees, meals not mentioned, personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, or train and air tickets.

3. Vehicles and drivers

The vehicle type you book (sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller, bus, etc.) will be provided. The exact model may vary depending on availability.
Kilometres are counted from our Jaipur garage and back, unless your quote says otherwise. Extra kilometres or extra days beyond the booking are charged at the rates in your quote.
Tolls, parking, state entry taxes and driver allowance are charged as stated in your quote.
For safety, drivers do not drive late at night without prior agreement, and need reasonable rest each day.
Smoking, alcohol and illegal substances are not allowed inside our vehicles. The driver may refuse to continue if this rule is broken.

4. Changes to your trip

If you want to change your dates, route or group size, tell us as early as possible. We will try to accommodate changes, but they depend on vehicle and hotel availability and may change the price.

We may need to change a route, timing or hotel because of weather, road closures, strikes, government orders, temple closures, festival crowds or other events outside our control. We will always try to offer the closest possible alternative.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

Carry a valid photo ID for every traveller. Hotels and some temples ask for it.
Be ready at the agreed pickup time. Delays may shorten sightseeing time on that day.
Follow the rules and dress codes of temples, monuments and hotels.
Take care of your own luggage and valuables. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by a traveller will be charged to the traveller.

7. Hotels and third-party services

Hotels, desert camps, safaris, ropeways and similar services are provided by independent operators. We book them for you in good faith, but their own rules, timings and policies apply.

8. Limitation of liability

We take care to provide safe and reliable service. However, we are not liable for delays, losses or extra costs caused by events outside our control, including weather, natural disasters, accidents caused by others, illness, road conditions, strikes or government actions.

9. Photos and reviews

We may ask to share photos from your trip on our website or social media. We will only use photos in which you can be identified with your permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
